No coverage through this website
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, uploading documents or sending an email does not bind, change or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage is bound, changed or cancelled only when confirmed in writing by a licensed GuardianSpec representative or issued by an insurance carrier. Quotes and coverage are subject to each carrier's underwriting, and pricing and availability are determined by the carrier.
Licensing and availability
GuardianSpec is a licensed insurance agency headquartered in Illinois (California License No. 6020155). Insurance products are offered only in jurisdictions where our licensed producers are authorized to conduct business, and not every product is available in every state. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, insurance in any jurisdiction where we are not authorized to do business. Licensing information is available upon request.
Online tools and third-party services
The Business Risk Diagnostic is an educational tool. Its results are based only on your answers and general assumptions. It is not a quote, a coverage determination, a binder or a recommendation to buy a specific policy.
Some features are provided by third parties, including instant online quotes through our partner NEXT Insurance and appointment booking through Microsoft Bookings. Those services are governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.
